Maintenance Supervisor/Lead - $28-38/hr opportunity - in southwest GA!

An exciting opportunity for a result-driven, team-oriented Maintenance Supervisor in Donalsonville, GA, with excellent opportunity for growth in a family-owned and operated company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s maintenance facilities - this includes maintaining and troubleshooting mills, lathes, and press brakes, and is electrical-heavy!

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

• Allocate workload and supervise the maintenance staff

• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (Required). Technical degree or relevant certification (Preferred)

• 3+ years of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics experience from Manufacturing setting (Required).

• 1 year of Maintenance Supervisory experience (Required)
