Job Description
Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist Floater – III to support our client’s medical facility based in Chicago, IL(Floater) This is a 3+ months contract assignment (conversion into permanent based on your work performance).
Schedule: Monday - Friday Between 7AM to 8 PM CST
Pay Range: $22/hr.-$26/hr. (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials).
Responsibilities:
· Draw blood samples and prepare for lab testing.
· Provide coverage across multiple locations.
· Ensure accurate and timely daily activities.
· Mentor new employees and lead on-site PSRs.
· Collaborate with various departments for high-complexity clients.
Requirements:
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Medical training; Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA).
Experience:
· 5 years phlebotomy (incl. pediatric, geriatric).
· 3 years in PSC/IOP environment.
· Customer service and data entry experience.
Skills:
· Strong phlebotomy and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
