We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for a temporary role to cover a medical leave. Position will be working onsite.
Pay $30-32 per hour
Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:
- Will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for 200+ EE
- Handle the certified/prevailing wage payroll
- Will enter all payroll data into QuickBooks
- Sort and organize all the daily timesheets submitted by supervisors
- Calculate fringe payments for the week
- New hires, terminations, manual checks
- Assist with payroll audits
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with certified/prevailing wage payroll
- Understanding of union agreements
- QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details
