Part Time Showroom Representative

Our client,a leading manufacturer of furniture is seeking a Showroom Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have great organization and administrative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Showroom Representative
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 1 year
Pay Range: Up to $22/hr
Schedule: Part time

What’s the Job?

• Ensure space is always showing at its best through ownership of continual maintenance of space, ensuring all supplies are ordered for kitchen to support day to day needs as well as event
• Primary point of contact for building- receive calls, handle any necessary maintenance/cleaning request
• Manage update of existing product and product updates and integration
• Provide product information and assistance to dealer sales personnel and end users, and ability to demonstrate product
• Book and administer all visits and office space reservations, catering requests and AV/technology set up and resource
• Work with team on event planning and execution (some evening hours may be required)

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor degree in related field and prior sales or hospitality experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
• Able to create and maintain a space with a hospitality-driven mind-set
• Expert interpersonal and time management skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills necessary to interact with all levels of internal and external customers
