Automotive Mechanic

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Mall Operations and Facilities Engineer with facility projects, repairing company equipment. Must have knowledge in forklift and golf cart repair maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and mechanical guides.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from senior management, vendors, guests, customers and other employees of the company and the general public.
• Ability to exercise good logical judgment in problem solving and decision making.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

• 12 GOLF CARTS
• 1 GEM
• 2 BUBBLE BUDDIES
• 4 LIFTS
• 2 FORKLIFTS
• 2 COMPANY TRUCKS
• 3 POWER WASHERS
• 1 EMERGENCY GENERATOR
• MISCELLANEOUS GAS POWER TOOLS

1. Knowledge of forklift, golf carts, small equipment and heavy equipment systems.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Good communication skills

• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.

• Must be able to perform the duties of this job in outside weather conditions including but not limited to cold weather and very hot weather.
• Must be able to endure working near moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to fumes or airborn particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Must be able to endure moderate noise levels in work area.
