As a School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with ProCare Therapy, you will work closely with licensed speech-language pathologists to implement individualized therapy plans, conduct assessments, and provide support to students with communication disorders. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload, including students with varying needs and abilities, and contribute to their academic and social success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
• SLPA license or certification in the state of New Hampshire
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Implement speech therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students in need of services
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with parents and educators
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning and development
