BCBA Opportunity Available

Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for full-time positions with school districts in the Bennettsville, SC area. Candidates must meet all local and state requirements to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement behavior support plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
