Job Title: Paraprofessional

Position Overview: Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support student growth alongside our team. Assist teachers, provide one-on-one support, and maintain a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in implementing instructional activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group academic support.
• Assist with special needs accommodations.
• Aid in classroom management and behavior interventions.
• Collaborate on individualized learning plans.
• Maintain accurate student records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous educational experience preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
