Receptionist

Summary: Seeking a bilingual Receptionist with administrative support experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Entry level to 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Bilingual - English and Spanish

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support including research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions

• Greet and direct visitors

• Answer the telephone or console switchboard

• Receive and send packages via couriers

• Maintain visitor log and/or call record, provide security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions

• Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, preparing mailers.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
