We are partnering with one of the largest employers in the North Georgia area to place a Benefits Administrator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills to handle inquiries related to employee benefits. As a Benefits Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls regarding various benefit queries, particularly focusing on Health Savings Account (HSA) incentives, medical, dental, vision, prescription benefits, and premium payments during periods of leave of absence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering Incoming Calls: Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls from employees regarding their benefits, providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently.
  • HSA Incentives: Educate employees about HSA benefits, including contributions and withdrawals. Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to HSA accounts.
  • Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Benefits: Provide detailed information about available medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits, including coverage, eligibility, and claim procedures. Address inquiries regarding network providers and coverage limitations.
  • Premium Payments: Assist employees in understanding premium payment processes, especially during periods of leave of absence. Provide guidance on direct billing procedures and address any concerns related to premium payments.
  • Language Support: Utilize bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with employees, ensuring clarity and understanding of benefit-related information.
  • Leave of Absence Support: Offer guidance and assistance to employees regarding benefits continuation and premium payments while on leave of absence. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless administration of benefits during this period.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all benefit-related interactions and inquiries. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Previous experience in benefits administration or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with benefit administration systems and software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
