Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Physical Therapist

- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
PT needed for Rehab Services, ASAP start and for 13 weeks
5x8 Days 8am-5pm, weekdays only
Certs Required: BLS
Experience Required: strongly prefer at least 1 year experience treating OP neuro (vestibular, stroke and Parkinson’s) and ortho patients
2 years experience required
EMR - EPIC (recent experience/proficiency is required)
3 references required- one must be direct supervisor
