REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in an operations leadership role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, teach and manage others.
- Prior multi-site management experience.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a “get to yes” attitude.
- Effective collaborator able to drive mutually agreeable outcomes and resolve potential conflicts.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts, practices and procedures
- Experience with managing budgets and delivering information from P&L statements and delivering strong results and growth through the management of financial resources
- Knowledge of ACHC, state, and other governing/accrediting bodies rules and regulation within the states under management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
