We are hiring a Regional Director to join our team. This position can be based in either Phoenix, AZ or Kansas City, KS. In this role, you will have overall leadership and management responsibilities for our southwest region – which includes our locations in NM, AZ and KS. In partnership with the Directors of these locations, you will be responsible for driving overall location and regional performance, including business, operational and financial success along with leadership development.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in an operations leadership role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, teach and manage others.
  • Prior multi-site management experience.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a “get to yes” attitude.
  • Effective collaborator able to drive mutually agreeable outcomes and resolve potential conflicts.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts, practices and procedures
  • Experience with managing budgets and delivering information from P&L statements and delivering strong results and growth through the management of financial resources
  • Knowledge of ACHC, state, and other governing/accrediting bodies rules and regulation within the states under management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
