In this role, you will provide crucial assistance and support to children and adults with mental or cognitive impairments and individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees. Our caregivers make 18.67% more than the average per hour rate for a caregiver in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist children and adults with serious emotional disturbance and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Document and report any changes in clients' behavior or condition.
