Experience

·       One (1) year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in hemodialysis or one (1) year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience performing peritoneal dialysis.

Education

·       N/A

License, Certification, Registration

·       Registered Nurse License (California) within 3 months of hire

·       Basic Life Support

·       Ambulatory Peritoneal recent one (1) - two (2) year's experience is required, hemodialysis.
