Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at the Cameron plant, ensuring that equipment and facilities are properly maintained to support efficient and safe operations. The Maintenance Lead will manage a team of maintenance technicians and collaborate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery, electrical systems, and other equipment.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
