Maintenance Boiler/Refrigeration Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Boiler/Refrigeration Operator to join our team at our facility in Beaver Dam, WI, 53916. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our boilers and refrigeration systems. • Operate and maintain boilers and refrigeration systems in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor and adjust controls to maintain appropriate temperatures, pressures, and levels
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with other maintenance team members to schedule and prioritize work orders
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Boiler Operator's license
• Refrigeration certification preferred
• Prior experience operating and maintaining boilers and refrigeration systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
