- Sept 2-4, 10-13, 16-18, 24-27
- Sept 30 - Oct 2
- Oct 8-11, 14-16, 22-25, 28-30
- Nov 5-8, 11-13, 18-22, 25-27
- Dec 3-6, 9-11, 17-20, 23-24, 31
• Shift Schedule: TBD
• Patient Volume: 14-20
• Support Staff: 8 RNs, 1 PA/NP, 4 Office staff
• Trauma level: III
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Prefer single provider to cover most of the dates. If unable to cover for all, consider presenting 2 MDs that would rotate 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
