Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chairside Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal will assist dentist chairside during exams and procedures to help maintain patient comfort and Dentist’s efficiency. During patient procedures and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive and patient-centric environment. Work schedule is four days a week, 7am – 5pm with occasional Saturday’s hours of 7am – 1pm, making $17.00 an hour.


Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for dental procedures.

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.

Take impressions and x-rays.

Maintain and organize dental equipment and instruments.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices.

Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work schedule and office policies.

Adhere to organizations safety policies and procedures.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a chairside dental assistant

X-ray certification and knowledge of dental software

Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program
