Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst role is dynamic role with responsibilities in multiple facets of finance organization including serving as organizational key person for matters related to Global Commercial, Technology, and G&A departments. Development of Management reporting, key KPI’s, data modeling, and forecasting to support business unit growth. The Senior Financial Analyst will be expected to liaise with stakeholders throughout the business in support of his/her role in order to drive value to the organization through analysis and optimization of the finance organization.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Participate in the systems and process integration of companies as acquisitions may occur.
  • Serve as main point of contact for NetSuite, Adaptive and Concur matters, including key administrative, configuration, maintenance, and optimization issues
  • Establish, track and continuously improve the key financial reports and metrics for the company and communicate/execute process improvement opportunities to the Financial leadership and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Conduct and provide ad hoc and recurring reporting and analyses on operational and financial metrics to help drive business decisions.
  • Support the month, quarter and year-end close process through preparation and variance analysis
  • Help support and improve the standardized reporting processes, controls, and business analyses across the businesses.
  • Highlight cost saving opportunities and where applicable, play a key role in their realization.
  • Work to continuously upgrade personal knowledge of products, services, and needs of industries we serve globally.
  • Travel to locations as required (Post COVID-19)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with analytical rigor
  • Demonstration of key analytical competencies and qualifications along with 2-4 years of experience Finance, or Accounting
  • Financial modeling and/or Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  • Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with advanced level in Excel and experience in building / using Macros / Power BI a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across groups both internally and externally (local country finance teams, shared service centers, banking partners, etc.).
  • Ability to create and sustain new business practices geared toward data consolidation and analysis.
  • Eagerness to dig into details and utilize data and analysis to solve complex business problems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced private equity environment where constant change and driving EBITDA growth is the norm
  • Experience working in multinational organization a plus
  • Strong financial acumen with experience working in or serving a global services business
