STATUS:  Regular Part-Time (20-25 Hours Per Week)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Job Description Available Upon Demand)

 

  • Implements the Alivation mission and strategic vision within respective departments.
  • Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and HIPAA compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.
  • Under the direction of the Human Resources Culture Officer, provides clerical support in maintaining the various day-to-day operational tasks associated with Human Resources Management programs.
  • Initiates Recruitment appointments and prepares interview communications for HRCO.
  • Assembles New Hire Onboarding manuals and materials: Sets up weekly New Hire Orientation room, schedules and provides participating Managers’ electronic invitations.
  • Supports HRCO in the electronic Onboarding process: Paylocity software platform.
  • Prepares New Hire employment and compliance files.
  • Supports HRCO with the Comprehensive Benefit Plans and 401(k) Plan database enrollments.
  • Supports the planning and organization of all company meetings, events, and award presentations.
  • Demonstrates an ability to learn and grow professionally in the Human Resources field.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to changing work demands in terms of priorities.
  • Demonstrates supportive interpersonal skills and active listening skills to effectively share knowledge with Human Resources Culture Officer and staff.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  High School Diploma or GED | Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree Or In Process Preferred | Work Experience Taken Into Consideration | Utmost Professional Discretion & Business Ethics | Proven Track Record Handling Sensitive & Confidential Information | Well Organized | Excellent Proofreading Skills | Meticulous Attention To Detail | Attendance Is Essential Of This Position | Proficient In Microsoft Office Platforms | Proficient Data Entry Skills

 

EXPERIENCE:  Baseline of Human Resources or Business-Related Knowledge Preferred
