Building Reserve Analyst

Building Project Estimate Admin (1680784) $18-25 per hour DOE

Temp-to-Hire; Full/Part Time

Daily Workflow:

» Coordinate work with various homeowners associations

» Inspect properties & analyze building materials

» Make estimates of replacement material cost and provide quotes

» Assist clients in finding an appropriate budget & effectively prioritize replacement materials

» Client & contractor communication & coordination

» Assist in creating reserve plans

» Occasional travel may be required

We’re Seeking:

» Strong knowledge of building materials

» Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with computers

» Ability to effectively connect & coordinate with professionals

» Comfort with budgeting and working with financial records

» Mechanically inclined with any math or engineering background is a plus

» Must be able to pass a drug test (THC okay)

Schedule:

» Flexible work hours; your choice of 20-40 hours per week.

»Opportunity for hybrid remote work. Must be located in Southern Oregon.
