Summary:

The eCommerce Data Specialist works directly with and for the eCommerce Data Manager. The eCommerce Data Specialist position combines data management, reporting analysis, and website analysis. The person under the direction of the eCommerce Data Manager works closely with the eCommerce and Marketing team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for updating website codes in Eagle (ERP System)
  • Adds products to the website via spreadsheets
  • Auditing product data and importing (to website) process
  • Assist in collecting product images for the website
  • Works with marketing team to set up all C-A-L Ranch ads for the website
  • Uses FTP sites for data gathering

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
  • Needs to be proficient in Excel
  • Ability to focus on data for long periods of time
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of data structures
  • Needs to have knowledge of basic HTML
