Position Overview: Group Fitness Coordinator We are currently seeking an energetic Group Fitness Coordinator to join our team. As a Group Fitness Coordinator, you will play a fundamental role in creating a vibrant and engaging environment for both our members and staff. Your creativity and energy will drive the growth and success of our programs, fostering a sense of community and motivation among all participants.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a minimum of 5 classes per week across various fitness studios.
• Coordinate class schedules to ensure optimal coverage and variety.
• Manage and support the instructor team, providing guidance as needed.
• Promote studio programs and initiatives to enhance member participation.
• Build strong relationships with members to support their fitness objectives.
• Ensure a safe workout environment by demonstrating proper equipment usage.

Requirements:

• Current certification in Group Exercise or Personal Training from a nationally certifying body
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with members.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about fitness.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
