The hiring pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour based on skills, education, and experience relevant to this role.

Effective the first of the month following the date of hire, employees are eligible to participate in the following Inventprise employee benefit programs:

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):


The primary focus of this position will be on manufacturing of polysaccharide-protein conjugation for various projects under cGMP conditions. Must be willing to work second or third shifts if required by the production schedule.


Essential Functions

  • Execute and monitor conjugation manufacturing activities including but not limited to polysaccharide homogenizations, Conjugations, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), and Sterile filtrations.
  • Perform in-process and product samplings and monitor critical process parameters as part of the process by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and aseptic techniques.
  • Perform set up, sanitization, and maintenance of equipment such as batch reactors, High-pressure homogenizers, Tangential flow filtration, and filtration systems.
  • Participate in process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer at different stages of the process.
  • Support in creation, revision and completion of quality records such as manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and validation documents.
  • Identify and support in initiation and completion of process deviations, CAPA, Non-conformances investigations as needed.
  • Weigh and prepare necessary reagents and solutions as needed. Order, track, and maintain inventory of lab supplies and reagents.
  • Works in coordination with other associates and departments (i.e Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse) to support production.
  • Perform and verify line clearance, material staging, cleaning, and maintenance of clean rooms and logbooks as needed.
  • Train in new procedures, documents, and equipment and support other teams if needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as Biochemistry and Chemistry (preferred).
