Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations across your center
• Guarantee compliance with state and federal regulations specific to childcare
• Craft and implement our curriculum the assist in development of the whole child
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of exceptional educators
• Manage budgets and financial aspects of the center
• Conduct meaningful outreach to parents and the broader community

Essential Qualifications:

• Mandatory NC Admin 3 Level credentials
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar field
• A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a childcare setting
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
