  • Preventative Maintenance Mastery: Spearhead the implementation of proactive maintenance schemes designed to uphold optimal equipment functionality and protract operational life spans.
  • Component Expertise: Exhibit unparalleled proficiency in the replacement and repair of critical components, spanning engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, undercarriage elements, and beyond.
  • Welding and Fabrication Prowess: Demonstrate consummate welding and fabrication skills to rectify equipment concerns and engender bespoke components when exigencies arise.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Ten or more years of distinguished experience as a Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
  • Adeptness in diagnosing and rectifying a comprehensive spectrum of heavy equipment anomalies.
  • A profound command of heavy equipment systems, inclusive of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, and beyond.
  • Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
  • Exceptional capacity for both independent and team-driven work dynamics.
  • A laser-like focus on precision and safety, reflected in meticulous attention to detail.
  • Superlative communication aptitudes, both written and oral.

Compensation:
