Whitecap Mountains Resort is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will greet and assist resort guests.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of POS/PMS systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and employees
- Book and register room reservations in-person, over the phone and online
- Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the resort and provide inter-office messages as requested
- Inspect rooms pre-check in
- Print lift tickets and gather customer information
Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
- Excellent communication and writing skills
