Position Overview: As a Banquet Server at Templeton Landing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events by providing top-notch service to our guests. From weddings to corporate functions, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Pay: $18 - 20 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and standards.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to service standards.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next course or event segment.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas after, during, and after events.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Banquet Server or Server in a full-service environment
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages weighing up to 35 pounds.
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
