Royal Blue Grocery is Hiring FOH Staff for Our Downtown Austin Locations!

We are seeking energetic and friendly applicants to be the face of our locally owned and operated bodega-style stores. We have Part Time positions available for AM and PM shifts with the possibility to move to full time if desired.

Royal Blue Grocery was established in 2006 to provide fresh, made-in-house grab n go and convenience goods for the residents, visitors, and workforce of downtown Austin. We now proudly have seven Austin locations, one San Antonio location, and a corporate catering branch of our business. From customer to employee, our goal is to make "I love that place!" an intuitive reaction to our brand.

The position is multi-faceted, where you can expect to gain experience:

-Facilitating the flow of daily operations alongside the store manager.

-Creating professional relationships with our loyal customers.

-Receiving and managing both time-temperature controlled and shelf stable inventory.

-Barista skills offering quality coffee from our partner at Proud Mary.

-Accounting skills focused on daily sales and closeout reports.

Compensation and benefits:

Counter service positions starting at $12/hour plus tips

Paid bi-weekly via check or direct deposit

Requirements:

Must have or be willing to obtain both TABC and Food Handlers licenses
