Job Description
The Spa Operations Manager will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous fitness services in accordance with Brand Ambition, Purpose, Brand Pillar’s, Values and Spirit. The Spa Operations Manager will be responsible for the entire spa operations and administrations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.Responsibilities
Support the entire Spa, Wellness and Fitness Management team
Ensure an efficient and smooth spa operation with guest’s and employee’s safety based on our policy.
Ensure to maintain an updated product knowledges, current promotions, and SOP.
Ensure an appropriate cash float based on SOP established by Finance.
Understands the department P&L and being able to think the relationship between financial figures and the daily operation.
Promote and sell spa menu/package to guests and members in knowledgeable and professional way.
Highly motivated for maximizing spa revenue and reputation.
Assist in the supervision/operation of all spa departments, Spa Management, Spa Membership, Spa Receptionists, Therapists, and Instructors.
Handling guest complaints, requests, and inquiries for all spa service with professional attitude.
Greet all VIP guests at spa on behalf of Spa Manager and Director.
Greeting and monitoring at spa reception especially peak operation hours, handling team efficiency with high service quality and hygiene.
Pro-active in seeking guest comments and feedback.
Understand market trends and activities of competitors.
Ensure all guest information and documents are being maintained in a proper way to protect as confidential.
Flexible operation handling to meet guest’s expectations.
Maintain awareness of new market trends and activities of competitors.
Establish good and professional relationship with vendors.
Develop and train all spa staffs.
Keep updating SOP with latest information.
Administration and implementation of staff training for all spa operation.
Fully understand and conduct emergency procedures and safety training.
Develop and assist with training activities focused on improving skills and product knowledge.
Ensure all staffs have a complete understanding of Rules and Regulations.
Monitor staffs’ performance and feedback.
Maintain pleasant working environment for spa team.

Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision

Sensitive to cultural nuances
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal on English
Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Multi-lingual is a plus
Medical knowledge and/or experience is a plus
Strong holistic health, wellness, and nutritional background
Graduate of Hotel School or College Degree
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and Spa Booking System (Book4Time, Spa Booker, Spa Soft etc.)
Current certification from a nationally recognized and accredited fitness/spa/massage program is a plus
Salary- $75,000 per year
