We're on the lookout for the next Part-time Sales Leader/Community Connector to join our team in the tri-cities, VA area. You'll be the driving force behind forming new partnerships with organizations in need of exceptional talent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand new business through effective execution of a sales strategy
• Identify and reach out to potential customers within the assigned sales territory
• Foster strong customer connections and promote hiring solutions

 

Qualifications:

• At least 3-years of business-to-business outside sales experience with a focus on new account acquisition
• Proven track record in generating new business and sales leads within an assigned sales territory
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A strong drive and determination to generate new business, in Virginia, to support our growing enterprise
• A genuine passion for success, building relationships, and a humble approach

Pay Specifics:

• Base plus commission average sales totals $40,000 to $55,000 annually. (15-20 hours per week)
