OVERVIEW


VRA is seeking one or more individuals to join our team as a guest service and compliance coordinator.  This position plays a key role assisting guests both at properties and over the phone / email with inquiries, reservation requests, and property problems.  Operating from a desk and computer as well as making trips to properties to meet and greet guests, assist their needs, ensure compliance with local ordinance, and troubleshoot issues is all part of the job.

JOB DUTIES


This position assists various company functions, and is typically 12PM to 8PM.  Job requires strong people skills, proficiency with computer and technology systems, organization, and ability to multi task as several things can land on the plate at once. Being methodical in response with a natural ability to problem solve and be solution oriented is must.  Overview of duties include:


  • Promptly answer / respond to callers within 30 minutes during the shift and assist their needs directly including staff, guests, owners, property neighbors, and local agencies
  • Assist guests at a property with questions, concerns, and problems like lockouts, delivering more supplies, re-setting a pilot light, and more
  • Ensure guest and property compliance by monitoring cameras, noise sensors, parking, etc. and contacting via phone and/or at the property when issues observed
  • Perform friendly Meet and Greets after guest arrival at specific properties and groups 
  • Assist reservation / guest service department responding to inquiries, vetting new bookings by contacting guests 
  • Be organized with support, relaying to office for action and follow through as appropriate 
  • Utilize personal phone with company softwares for organizing and reporting on response activity
  • Follow guidelines to complete professionally written reports for any incident 


Schedule & Pay 


Part time to full time available, 3-5 days per week oriented around weekends, typically 12PM to 8PM though there is some flexibility in schedule.  Expect to work from office (with visits into the field), though some work from home may be possible. 


Pay is hourly for regular scheduled time on clock, and starts at $26 / hr.+, depending on experience. 


Safety


  • Follow safety procedures and precautions performing tasks and using equipment / supplies
  • Participate in training on potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals 


JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Basic customer service skill and problem solving  
  • Valid drivers license and preferably an AWD / 4X4 vehicle, though using a company truck for field response may be be possible if near office
  • Basic proficiency with computer and phone applications
  • Professionally and clearly communicate through reports and face-to-face
  • To push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet
