Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Banquet Manager to meticulously plan and execute a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to elegant receptions, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding guest expectations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of top-tier service and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to tailor event experiences that reflect their vision and exceed their expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring adherence to quality standards, efficient resource allocation, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Financial Management: Assist in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization to drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + 5% Bonus Potential and Relocation assistance

- Proven experience in banquet operations and event management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional results.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making, with a focus on finding effective solutions to ensure smooth event operations.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, and a commitment to staying abreast of hospitality trends and best practices.
