JOB DESCRIPTION


Digital media strategy is crucial in today's world as it enables businesses to effectively reach and engage their target audience, build brand presence, and adapt to the dynamic online landscape for sustainable growth. We’re looking for a Digital Media Strategist to elevate our contributions to developing and managing strategy, planning, and execution of full-funnel digital media campaigns across multiple high-profile clients. They will have a large role in ensuring holistic media strategies are directly tied to and optimized towards the goals and objectives of their client(s). The Digital Media Strategist will work closely with media specialists, the account team, directly in-platform, and with various digital media vendors to ensure a sound strategy is properly executed for the success of the digital media campaigns. They will report to the Media Strategy Director.

You can theorize around a solution and put it to the test. DESIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS


  • 3-6+ years digital media experience including strategizing, planning, executing, managing, optimizing, and reporting across cross-channel digital media campaigns in an agency setting. 
  • Understanding of programmatic, paid search, and social media, particularly their role in holistic campaign strategies and meeting client objectives and goals.
  • Hands-on knowledge working directly in platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, and Campaign Manager 360.
  • Experience working directly with digital media vendors to facilitate complex digital executions and buying activities.
  • Experience managing complex buyer journeys and sales campaigns in B2C, D2C, and B2B settings.
  • Experience planning, creating, and executing full-funnel digital media campaigns, including but not limited to account setup and QA, strategy development, partner and network selection, organization, and optimization.
  • Experience managing large-scale ($1MM+), complex (multiple constituents) digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable in data analysis and data visualization tools for reporting insights such as Tableau.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, autonomous decision-making, and independent client advisement.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking.
  • Understanding of key internal business objectives including; business development & sales, pricing, time management, project management, and operations.
  • Bring a relentlessly helpful and curious personality to the table - for your teammates, your clients, our prospects, and your community.


PLUSES


  • Working knowledge of supporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience within Paid Search platforms (Google ads, Bing, SA360).
  • Experience within Paid Social platforms (META, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience working within a team environment inclusive of digital media, SEO, development, creative, account, and analytics.
  • Working knowledge of marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience in Amazon Advertising.
  • Google Ads Certified.
