Hotel Front Desk Attendant

We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Responsibilities:

• Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
• Field customer complaints when necessary
• Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills

About Company

Beaver Dam Inn is an independant hotel. It has 58 Rooms and is all interier. We offer a conteniental breakfast to our guest. We will be renotvation all through the winter months. This will make the Beaver Dam Inn a much better place for our guest to stay. We take pets and have truck parking. We are an older hotel but have alot of history there.
