Key Qualifications
 

• Extraordinary Costumer Service Skills
• Must have a valid Florida driver license
• Social and great interpersonal skills
• Must be moderate to advance in computer skills
• Social media engagement
• Possess basic photography knowledge
• Must be able to multitask and think quickly of your feet
• High energy and enthusiastic
• Detailed and organized oriented

Duties and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
 

• Engage with customers to provide positive and unforgettable experiences.
• Driving is required.
• Implement and apply company’s quality control during job visits to ensure company’s standards and values are being executed.
• Lead generation.
• Guide, direct and support performers to best engage people and create a fun environment.
• Assisting performer with costume, navigation, hydration, and any other duties that will be difficult for the performer while in costume.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Keep the performer on schedule and monitor breaks for the performer.
• Participate in, and facilitate, marketing video productions.
• Encourage and facilitate costumer engagement opportunities
• Take costumers experience photos
• Ensuring established mascot policy and procedures including, healthy and safety protocols, adhered at all times
• Support events operation and marketing activities periodically.

Not a must, but definitely a PLUS!
 

• Bilingual
• Driving-must pass DOT screening
• Previous brand ambassador, mascot and/or handler experience

Job Type:

• Full Time
• Flexible schedule including periodic weekend support
