Professional Safety Solutions, LLC is hiring experienced Electrical Owners Representatives for utility-scale solar projects in AZ, IA, IL, IN, and WI. The Electrical Owners Representative will monitor the construction and installation of electrical infrastructure for our clients utility-scale solar project. This person will be responsible for monitoring the activities associated with design, installation, and testing of the solar power plant electrical infrastructure, including solar panels, inverters, transformers, switchgear, and transmission lines.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm and monitor the project plans for civil works.
• Coordinate with other managers and project stakeholders to ensure alignment

of civil works with overall project goals.

• Confirm compliance with environmental regulations and permitting

requirements.

• Monitor the civil construction activities of the contractors and subcontractors responsible for civil works and notify owner of any deficiencies.
• Oversee the construction and installation of civil infrastructure, including site

preparation, grading, foundation construction, and installation of roads anddrainage systems.

• Confirm project schedules and ensure that civil works are completed on time.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that work is being performed to the required

standards.

• Communicate with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction

process.Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing the electrical aspects of large-scale solar construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical design, installation, and testing standards, codes, and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
