Position Summary:
Works collaboratively with the Program Director to manage the residential program. Responsibilities are multi-faceted and include; MAP coordination, program coordination and maintenance, staff supervision and scheduling, and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings.
- Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed.
- Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift.
- Assists residents with ADL's (which may include the use of adaptive equipment); dining guidelines / protocols.
- Help prepare meals, clean, do laundry, grocery shopping, and help keep the home pleasant and comfortable.
- Transportation to/from appointments, community events, etc.
- Complete daily shift notes, data tracking, and any other individual record keeping that may be assigned.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals.
- Administer medications once certified.
- Remain current on agency certifications / trainings.
Qualifications:
- College degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- MAP, PABC, and CPR / First Aid Certified preferred.
- Experience working with people who live with developmental delays and/or brain injuries.

- Starting $18.57-$19.53/hr $1.00 wage differential for Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification.
