Our Ashley store is looking for smart, detailed oriented, talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Our Customer Support Specialist ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office and store. If you have got the drive, we would love for you to be part of our family.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Complete daily operations such as but not limited to counting cash drawer, following up with customer deliveries, filing completed invoices, reviewing previous days invoices as well as register protection plans.
- Communicate with customers and employees to answer questions, explain information and address complaints.
- Answer telephones, assist customers, direct calls, and takes messages.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates with entering invoices in the system accurately and promptly. Reviewing orders with customer and Sales Associate to ensure accuracy.
- Enter all changes to invoices, customer information, delivery comments, corresponding notes, and completing proper transfer paperwork for merchandise team if applicable.
- Assist in financing tasks such as but not limited to application processes, processing financing of all orders, submitting for funding, and posting payments on accounts.
- Support sales associates as required, answering questions, or finding resolutions as needed.
- Submitting service orders upon customer request.
- Collaborate with employees via phone or email to ensure proper communication is being made consistently.
- Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and check transactions, post payments on accounts, close daily activities, reconciling your drawer and processing end-of-day deposits.

- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum of 6 months working in an office, or customer service environment preferred
- Strong computer skills and organizational skills.
- Cheerful, friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual a plus!
