Responsibilities:

• Perform professional lawn care services including, but not limited to fertilizer, weed control, pest control, and aeration
• Provide amazing customer service to existing and potential customers
• Have clear and knowledgeable communications with existing and potential customers
• Perform analyses of lawns such as identifying problems, and relaying any results and/or recommendations
• Properly and safely handle and maintain equipment
• Properly and safely handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products when applicable
• Complete assigned daily work, and any associated paperwork

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work 8-10 hours per day, including some Saturdays during peak season
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout an 8–10-hour work day
• Ability to work in various weather conditions 8-10-hours a day
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to accept criticism on all aspects of your duties
