Schedule:

  • Competitive pay

Responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Assist senior mechanics with routine maintenance and repairs on trucks.
  • Perform oil changes, grease, adjust breaks, tire rotation, and other basic services.
  • Learn to diagnosis, repair troubleshoot mechanical issues under supervision for trucks and trailers.
  • Assist repair and maintain truck and trailer fleet.
  • Keeps equipment Maintained for use by completing preventive maintenance.
  • Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing and repairing defective parts.
  • Maintains vehicle records annotating services and repairs in TMT Maintenance software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic is a PLUS.
  • Technical School is a PLUS.
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and tools.
  • Must be able to handle simple mathematical calculations.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to obtain a Class A CDL license.
