Anew Behavioral Health is a mental health agency seeking a professional and compassionate Case Manager in our Athens, Ohio office and community. We are a growing agency that offers positive, strength-based services to help clients struggling with mental health issues. Candidate should be accountable for patient care cycle to help enhance the quality of patient management.

Flexible scheduling allows you to choose the hours that best fit your schedule so you can work as little or as much as YOU choose. Pay starting at $19/hour, with higher rates of pay based on direct experience in the behavioral health field.

This role allows for complete autonomy and your expertise in helping others regain their independence. 


Job Type: Contractor


Requirements:

  • Background check required
  • CPR Certified preferred
  • Behavioral health experience (1 year preferred but not required)
  • NPI number/Ohio Medicaid ID preferred, but will be required to start. (We offer instructions on how to apply)
  • High School Diploma minimum, College degree in Human Services preferred


Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient and client-centered.
  • Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress.
  • Help patients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options.
  • Work with therapists, clients and client family members to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Offer facilitation of achieving personal independence and assistance with development of daily living skills. Performs other duties as assigned.
