We are a fourth generation owner operator of apartment communities and are seeking an experienced team member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all areas of building maintenance at multiple properties
2. Inspect and prepare vacant units for apartment turn over
3. Ensure completion of work orders in a timely fashion
4. Perform routine preventive maintenance

Qualifications:

• Candidate will have 5 years or more experience in maintenance
• Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, appliance repair and installation, carpentry work
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have own tools
