Accounting Assistant to the CFO

Vantage Auto is a leading pre-owned high-end vehicle dealership based in Moonachie, New Jersey. We are currently seeking an Assistant to the CFO to support the daily activities of our finance department.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the CFO with daily activities and tasks

- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks

- Create and manage financial reports in Microsoft Excel

- Assist with budget planning and forecasting

- Prepare financial data for audits and tax filings

- Process invoices and handle vendor communications

- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting

- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
