Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Manager for our client in Pompano Beach! You will play a crucial role in overseeing the servicing, installation, and maintenance of commercial HVAC, cooking equipment, and refrigeration systems for clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee field service technicians; scheduling and prioritizing tasks as needed.
Lead the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial HVAC, cooking equipment, and refrigeration systems.
Ensure all operations comply with safety and quality standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Handle technician training and development, ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to develop service contracts, estimate jobs, and develop proposals.
Manage parts inventory and control expenses within the allotted budget.
Monitor job progress and supervise job site safety.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing field service teams.
Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC, cooking equipment, and refrigeration systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong technical skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Certifications related to HVAC, commercial cooking equipment, and refrigeration maintenance would be a plus.
