- Complete Daily Reporting and Filing: Morning Trans Report, DVIR Report, Backhaul Report, POD Usage Report
- Pull daily/weekly Warehouse and Transportation KPI's Post on department communication board)
- Provide daily Hours of Service Snapshots to Transportation Management
- Audit Cintas Billing/Review findings with management
- Daily-Weekly Time and Attendance (Verify punches only)
- Email Payroll Exceptions via document Brandt created
- Prepare Weekly Driver Incentive
- Verify if credited items were scanned via Target, communicate to Transportation management
- Provide updates to Driver and Warehouse Communication Board; to include Safety Scoreboards
- Organize and prepare Ryder Bills for managements approval (Weekly)
- Diesel and DEF ordering as needed
- Uline & Grainger orders as needed
- Assist with Dispatch Track Pre-work
- Assist with incoming calls in Transportation office
- General Samsara Maintenance
- Van Monitoring/Maintenance scheduling
- Inbound Scheduling in near future
