Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.

Skills:
• Must be able to comprehend and follow standard operating procedures and/or test method
instructions.
• Must be capable of basic measurement equipment operation (i.e. balances, scales, micrometers,
calipers, graduated cylinders, etc.).
• Must be able to pay attention to details of test equipment operation.
• Must be able to record data accurately and legibly.

The Laboratory Associate is responsible for conducting laboratory testing and reporting test results. The
RMP Materials Testing Laboratory operates following the RMP Quality Management System and
RMP Laboratory Management System. The Laboratory Associate reports to the Laboratory Manager.
