• Analyzing and reviewing legal contracts, title commitments, closing documents, and leasing agreements
• Facilitating communication between the Attorney, property owners, lenders, clients, and real estate agents
• Examining property legal descriptions and title documents
• Maintaining clients and real estate agents informed of progress made with the real estate transactions
• Preparing documents for the lawyer's review

• A degree in paralegal studies or similar is advantageous
• Possessing a post-bachelor paralegal certification with a real estate emphasis is preferred
• Five years of experience working as a real estate paralegal is preferred
• Knowledge of real estate processing software, such as Qualia or , is recommended
• An Associate's degree in a related field is beneficial
