Machine Operator

We are seeking entry-level and experienced Machine Operators to join our team at our facility in Ridgway, PA, 15853. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of various machines and equipment. • Operate and monitor machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
