PRN Registered Nurse

Royalty is seeking a Registered Nurse on a PRN Contractual basis to assist with Coordinating Client Care.
This role is ideal for a RN who may need to pick up a few hours or extra cash; or someone who finds peace in working a non traditional schedule and needs flexibility to attend to other responsibilities.
On can expect commitment to take up 4-16 hours per week on average.
Compensation:

• Initial Assessments: $100 per client visit
• Routine Check in: $75 per client visit
• Follow ups: $50 per client visit
• Required Meetings $35 per hour

ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse will work along side the RN Director and is expected to:

• Travel to client homes
• Conduct Home visiting for assigned clients
• Conduct Initial Assessments and create plan of care with client.
• Conduct Routine Check in Visits as assigned
• Complete required electronic documentation for all encounters
• Routinely meet and communicate with RN Director
• Maintain and Uphold Standards as a Registered Nurse Professional and the profession as a whole

Required SkillsInterested Parties must meet the following requirements.

• Is a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Is currently a Registered Nurse through the North Carolina State Board of Nursing or compact state.
• Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
• Possesses health clearance including
  • a negative TB skin test and/or CXR
  • annual Influenza Vaccine
  • Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 
• Valid Drivers license
• Access to reliable automobile
• Holds car insurance in accordance with state and/or organization requirements
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
• Has excellent observation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work independently
• Is dependable, organized, flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation.
• Must Pass an initial and random drug testing
• Willing to travel throughout service area
